Laura joined the business in 2007 and plays a pivotal role in the strategic oversight and management of the practice. As a director and one of the firm’s Wealth Leads, she works closely with the leadership team to shape the long‑term direction of the group, with a strong emphasis on advice quality, client relationships, governance, and risk management, and delivering a consistently exceptional client experience.

Her responsibilities span adviser and associate mentoring, process optimisation, and supporting the ongoing evolution of the firm’s market‑leading service offering, including the development of advice frameworks for high‑net‑worth individuals and wholesale and sophisticated clients.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys Pilates and yoga, a good Netflix binge on the weekends, and planning overseas adventures with her husband, Rohan.
